Module One

MIND JUGGLING

Just as a juggler has to focus intense concentration as he or she first throws and then catches balls or Indian Clubs, so will you learn not only to become more focused but to practice and perfect the skill of mental manipulation.

By enhancing this skill you will not only improve your overall mental functioning but also enhance your ability to visualise any type of problem in your mind’s eye.


Each section within this module will help you to enhance the following important intellectual skills.

  • Focus and concentration.
  • Mental agility.
  • Logical analysis.
  • Strategies in taking IQ tests

Training with this course will also build confidence in your general mental abilities.

This specially tailored programme for people aged over 45, is based on Dr David Lewis’s more than forty years of practical and research experience in the field of intellectual enhancement.

Before entering the Mind Juggling area of the Brain Gym and embarking on these training exercises, please ensure you have a sheet of paper and a pen or pencil close at hand to write down your answers to the exercises.

Please also ensure you won't be disturbed, and will be able to fully concentrate on your workout.
